Refunds for Digital Content: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds will only be granted in the event that you did not receive the newsletter for the month in question, or if there was a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the content.

Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. However, cancellations will only apply to future billing periods. Refunds will not be issued for the current billing period once the newsletter has been delivered.

Non-Refundable Items: Refunds are not available for promotional offers, discounted subscriptions, or free trial periods that convert to paid plans unless otherwise stated in the promotion’s terms.
